- Over 6,000 high-quality, university-owned and managed rooms – equating to one of the highest proportions of student population in the UK housed on campus.
- Because we own and manage our campus accommodation, we can guarantee bedrooms on campus for all first-year students, maintain competitive rents and a diverse range of price points, and retain control of this income stream.
- A safe, welcoming home for students, with an onsite Campus Safety Team, providing a 24/7, all year round presence. The Complete University Guide safety rankings showed last year that Guildford ranked as the safest place in the UK for students.
